By placing an order on oxm.co.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. No Refunds & No Returns

All products sold by OXM are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed, processed, and delivered, we do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Refund requests
  • Product exchanges
  • Replacement requests due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or compatibility issues

Customers are requested to review product specifications, descriptions, and compatibility before placing an order.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged during transit, or
  • Incorrect compared to the item you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Each case will be reviewed individually. If the issue is verified to be caused by shipping damage or an order fulfillment error on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement of the correct product where available.

4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Opened filament spools
  • Used products
  • Products with damaged packaging after delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
  • Products affected by incorrect printer settings or printing conditions
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Incorrect color, material, or size selected by the customer
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

5. Quality Assurance

Every order is inspected and securely packed before dispatch to help ensure that products reach you in excellent condition.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct product, material, diameter, color, and quantity.
  • Verifying compatibility with their 3D printer before placing an order.
  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information.

OXM is not responsible for issues arising from incompatible equipment, incorrect printer settings, or improper product use.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
